Hi,

I'm pretty new to the game and have most of how to gm a team down pretty well. One very important aspect I know I'm messing up on is developing prospects. I understand how to promote and demote and for the most part when to do so.

My question is this:

After drafting high potential draftees they default to rookie league. I've seen on a YouTube video a person started his draftee in single A. Should I bypass rookie league for proper development or should they play their first year in rookie league?
