Not directly but you can save the report in the game screenshot to disk then copy and paste into Excel or other spreadsheet to get average age. Make sure you filter by MLB to get an accurate player count.

FWIW average age can be misleading. You could get the same average age from a league with incorrect player distribution. Take the data in the spread sheet, sort by age and plot number of players by age.

Use baseball reference for real life data.
