I'm just going to pre-apologize to many of you who won't get picked. The interest was overwhelming and there were probably at least 10-12 of you who we think would be fantastic additions to the team and really seem to be overqualified if anything.
We only have three spots though, so that's all we can pick. I'll try get in touch with most of you personally but even if you don't get picked please don't feel bad, this was an incredibly difficult process for us and we really hope to be able to add more of you guys in the future.

We end up having to drop people off the team each year for various reasons, or there's really WAY too much the already small team can handle, so do not be surprised if you get an email or PM from me inviting some more of you to join the team.
This was truly almost impossible to pick.
