I am new to OOTP Baseball and having difficulty understanding on the game logs the descriptions on where the ball is hit to.


For example what does Flyball 89M - I am guessing it is a fly ball hit between center field and right field. But what does the "M" mean?


Likewise what does Flyball, 8RM. I am guessing this is a flyball to center field but what does the "RM" mean.


Also line drive, 4 MD. I am guessing that has to do with second base area but what does "MD" mean?


I would appreciate a legend of the abbreviations in the game logs to help me understand this more.
