Do you want it set up as it happened IRL for the major league part, or as OOTP currently delivers it? As for minor leagues, I think you'll have to wait 'til OOTP17 drops and I think even then they only start up in 1919 or 1920. If you want the major league part as it happened IRL, I would check out BaseballMan's thread in the Historical Simulations forum and PM him for advice on how to do it.
