If you have issues with the game looking blurry or the display being cut off under Windows, please try the following:

Locate the OOTP 17 shortcut (or the OOTP17.exe), right-click it, select properties, select the compatibility tab and toggle the setting for high DPI scaling. Restart the game. That should fix the issue!
