Is the New York-Penn League importing correctly? Tested with '80, '84 and '95 imports, the league comes in as Single-A, with a short schedule starting in April.

I believe it should be Short Season A, on par with the Northwest League.

The Midwest League imports as a Short-season league with a full 138 game schedule starting in mid-May. I believe it should be on par with the South Atlantic League, which imports as A.

I could be wrong, just wanted to point it out.
