[Caveat: I may not remember this exactly right, but here's my best shot:] E4 or E6, if I remember correctly. Runner from 1st should be safe at second base. Batter should be safe at first base, but he continues on and runs all the way to second. At the end of the play, there are two runners at second, until you click to advance, and then the batter shows up back at first.
