1st baseman don't want to go to the bag themselves for unassisted outs, rather wait for the pitcher to cover the bag, making it a close play (or what looks like a close play).
Runners advancing to 3rd from first on sharp hits to left field and making it without a throw. Runners scoring from 2nd on hard hits to left field without a throw.
Guys scoring from first base on a double, which is fine, but the animations shows the CF'er getting the ball to the cut off man as the runner is just getting to 3rd. The cut off man NEVER attempts a throw to get the runner.
I don't know if the animations aren't timed correctly............ ????
