Jeff Williams (willije02) is a pitcher in 2015 historical, but he only pitched from 1999 through 2002. It appears that his stats have been confused with Jerome Williams (willije01) (2003-2015) and Jeff Williams has received Jerome Williams' 2013 and 2015 seasons as well as 2003 through 2012 and 2014 neutralized stats to fill in a gap which does not exist because it's two different blokes. Don't ask me how Jeff Williams is willije02 on BB-Ref while Jerome is willije01 because Jeff was pre-Jerome, but that's how it appears to be.
Jerome Williams is missing some stats (I think 2013) which appear to have been given to Jeff. They're kinda jumbled up together, but I have faith that you can get them sorted out and get them to stop stealing each other's stats because you're the man.
