No, you would not really be exposing him to waivers since you would not be simming forward a day. When you DFA/Waive him, he will be removed from the roster. Then by editing him, you are taking him off waivers and putting him at Triple-A Charlotte. When you hit apply, he will be assigned to Charlotte and not on the 40 man roster anymore. I am 99% sure he won't be on waivers anymore, but just to make sure, go back to your DFA/Waivers screen to make sure that he is no longer on waivers after you move him. |
It worked like a charm. I guess my final question would be can I edit the transaction log so it never appears that I waived him? I know it sounds pedantic, but these little things drive me nuts.
