I don't see anything wrong...unless the Scope dropdown isn't working as intended, but I don't think that's the case as when you Click the Career Fielding tab, it shows all levels so no need to use the scope dropdown.
I like the way it works, but I do see how someone could get confused. All the stats for teams and their levels are correct.
