I purchased my OOTP 17 directly (Not from app store nor from Stream). I have twice in several days tried to download the latest patch using the following link:

Main Server: Mac OSX Installer

Both times, after taking what was an extended time (order of magnitude longer than has ever taken for any previous patch), the download simply disappears, and nothing can be found in my download folder.
