I bumped it up in my game to 94-96 but I think it should definitely be raised from 89-91.

Even the top Red Sox prospect site puts him at 92-94 which, while nice, certainly doesn't seem like it should qualify him for highest throwing anything
I have adjusted him up a bit though, will also monitor him through the year to see whether he deserves to be adjusted further
