To sharpen up my dormant programming skills, I took OOTP 16's master.csv and looked for bbrefID's which skipped the "01" ending the ID. Using a 2015 historical minors import, most of these players are duplicated in a search, or only have major league stats with no attached minor stats. The * are beside players which correctly imported with both minor and major league stats and no duplicates:
