We have last year, two years ago and career as splits options but how about adding a "last three year aggregate" or something similar. Would help you see if a player is trending up or down.

Also, spray charts for hitters would be nice - especially in deciding to shift or not. "Pull hitter, spray hitter" etc. is nice but something more precise is needed.
