Another thing to mention here, not really a bad animation, just a lack of it:
I have had catcher pickoff plays to first result in the baserunner caught and in errors, but neither play has any animation after the pitch. I wish they would. It would be cool to see the ball fly from the catcher to the first baseman for the out, or to see it get by the first baseman and roll down the line while the runner scoots over to second.
