Could you guys check on IFA Kevin Maitan potential ratings? I checked his potentials in the editor and it has the numbers of a near 5 star ovr player. So why he is rated so low by a human controlled team scout? I used multiples teams to check if it was only my team scout. No, everyone has him at 1- or 2 stars potential. OSA has him at 5 stars. With scouting turned off his potentials go to 3 star. Because the game rates him so poorly he finishes signing for less than a $1M bonus. He is the top IFA prospect in real life, shouldn't he be rated more highly? Scouts like him a lot.
