I guess I could edit ratings on my own, but I'd like it done officially because I might overdo it. I try to follow other teams too so there's other guys that I think should get a big boost or a big drop too. But when the weather gets better, guys hit better so maybe I should wait another month to see if some guys that are struggling start to hit.

It's just too early to start changing ratings for the most part. Especially for established guys like Murphy. It's really, really unlikely he's actually improved this much at his age imo and the batting average is clearly fluky high and unsustainable long term.
Anything's possible, I guess, but I'd definitely wait another month or two to see what happens in a larger sample.
We'll almost certainly try to release a semi-official Sept 1st update that will include some adjusted ratings for guys having great or bad years.
