yes, you can. Team Home -> Team Settings - right side, upper - "modify..." logos and such button. i think you need to tick the "prevent changes" in the next screen after changing stuff. otherwise it reverts each time you load.
there's tons of stuff in addons central for this, i believe. if it's not there with the game, someone likely has made the historical jersey and logo.
