Because of the piecemeal start to the leagues, the 1919 Texas League will snap up the players who were really in the PCL at the time. When I start my replay, I'll disallow AI roster changes at both the MLB and Texas League level and do historical transactions manually. That's the only way to keep the players where they actually were. Then those players will be available for the PCL in 1921.
