Pardon my ignorance... I have never knowingly done a backup before.

OOTPB Backup Procedure:

Choose "File" at the top left of game screen.

Go to File > Backups > Backup Current Game.

To restore the Backup:

Go to File> Backups> Restore Backup

Is it that simple?
