Last time when I saw this problem, there were Unicode characters in the path to the saved game. Unfortunately the SQLite database library has problems with them. What's the name of the saved game? Could you please post the complete path here? Like for example C:\Users\Andreas\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 17\saved_games\New Game.lg
