Forgive the obscure Jimmy Stewart movie reference.
Plausible that it's Harvey Reagin, but a) this matches a lot of images clearly identified as being Braves camp 1975, and b) he has to be 5'9" 170 and about 23 years old, and c) he has to have been released at the end of camp, 1975.
I'm not convinced. He's wearing #55. We need a 1975 Braves' spring training scorecard. Efforting.
