I'm torn about this. Yes, looking at personality ratings from Very High to Very Low may not be realistic (although, a case could be made that a scout is reporting personalities based on just such a ratings grid based on tests, interviews, former and current coach evaluations, etc.)
But I'll be gosh-darned if this is going to be made into another "smarter, more cunning AI" cheat like coaching in which the AI
sees these personality ratings and goes by them (note how the AI shuns players with low intelligence and work ethic in drafts while your own scout blithely ignores such traits in his recommendations). Bad enough the AI does that with actual coaching ratings while we are goofing around with fuzzy reputations, management styles and player compatibility lists in judging potential coaches. Nonsense.
