So...if you had a player like this in your organization drafted right out of college, would you keep him as an OF or switch him to a pitcher to see what you've got? His STU/MOV/CON aren't off the charts, but they're decent and his array of pitches are promising. Plus he has decent velocity and stamina so he might grow up into a mid-level SP or better?

I guess I would go with what my team needed more, OF or pitching. Looking at his ratings, he really is not that good defensively in the OF (not that he couldn't get better), so I would probably give him a look at a SP and if he didn't cut it, try him in the OF and see if he can make it there.
