The island city of Seattle finishes construction of their stadium, and seeks to join the league in a pair with Washington. Seattle is a newer city, but has seen explosive growth as a supplier of fish to the mainland. Surrounded by beautiful atolls and a rich variety of ocean life, they are the seafood capital of the world by a wide margin.
