Pitcher Substitutions

One major issue when playing a game is warming up the pitcher. I recently warmed up a pitcher who was to enter in the next inning, but I was worried that he would tire while warming up, or go cold if I sat him, so I put him in before batting in the next inning. I was trailing by four runs, I scored six! The pitcher that was replaced should have been awarded the win as he recorded the last out of the inning prior, however, the pitcher I put in got credit for the win, he should have gotten a hold (I guess this is a bug). So this brings me to a question, how can I make a statistical change awarding the win to the proper pitcher and a hold to the pitcher who entered the game? I have tried to not do this as I have recognized this bug, but I did not want the pitcher to go cold or tire.
