New York-Pennsylvania League should be New York-Penn League, and should show SSA as the level name, not B & C. All levels below Single A are currently lumped together

Northern League imports as a Single A League and should be Short Season A They will be moved to a lower classification.

Appalachian League imports as a Short Season A League, but should be Rookie, and shows as B & C on the name.

Pioneer League, same issue as APPL league.

Though MLB has a 40-man roster limit, all the minor leagues are set to "No Limit". MLB roster limits have no effect on MiLB limits

Leagues are broken up into 5 levels actually designated by a Levels below MLB designation. All below the A level are lumped into Level 4. Level 5 is for Instructional and Foreign leagues and is not used for much yet.
