The Phillies won Game 1 pretty handily, the game never really in doubt. But it was all Dodgers after that. Not that the Phillies didn't have their chances. They were up 3-0 going into the 7th inning in Game 3, but the Dodgers scored 2 in the 7th and 1 in the 8th to tie it, and then pounced on them for 7 in the 9th. Game 5 was similar, with the Phillies being up 5-4 in the 9th inning, but giving up another 4 runs in the top of the 9th, incuding a 3-run homer by Carl Furillo.
