Unfortunately, this is a case we don't handle very well at the moment.

In the future, I would suggest not worrying as much about your pitchers tiring. On the occasion that you have an exceedingly long inning, you might want to sit a guy down for part of it, but otherwise, it shouldn't make a difference. Also, just because a pitcher just moves to be listed as "tiring", it doesn't mean it's actually had any effect. Pitchers will only really show effects from "over-warming up" if they stay in the bullpen tired for a few batters.

If you intend to bring the pitcher in at the start of the next inning, I'll say that 99 times out of 100, if you start warming him up during your inning, he'll be warm and not showing any signs of tiredness when he comes in to the game.
