One of two examples today of a player not unknown with a particular team, but in a specific version of that team's uniform.

This is Rod Gaspar, who as a rookie scored the winning run in the 4th Game of the 1969 World Series on the J.C. Martin bunt play, then made cameos with the 1970 Mets, and 1971 and 1974 Padres. Heretofore there's only been a cloudy Brace image of Gaspar in the first San Diego uniform of the Ray Kroc era:
