I had this pop up on me in a standard ML game today too. I've never seen it. I'll shop players that you know would get interest, get nothing. I'm fine w/ money and the trade deadline is not past.
The percentage bar barely shows up before I get to the screen saying no teams have offered a trade.
It's weird. Help?!?!
