Exactly! I didn't know anything about 3D modeling until I picked up sketch up and just tried it out. Little by little, I picked up techniques.

Now I am happy with the base of stadiums I have created and I can always go back and look for ways to improve them.

My biggest pet peeve now is getting smooth faces in the corners of the stands.
I just cannot seem to get the crowd looking good in most of the corners in my stadiums. Wish there was some technique I could learn to fix that
