Another Update
I think I found where the new patch (v17.10.67) breaks the Financial Setup Summary and Projections.
When I enable the Secondary (40-Man) Roster Size, the figures come out ok. But when I disable the Secondary (40-Man) Roster Size (which I always do in my fictional leagues), the figures are out of whack. (See my first post for a sample screenshot).
Right now, I just to have to enable the Secondary (40-Man) Roster Size or revert back to OOTP 16 until this bug is fixed...
