i am seeing the same thing ... i have it set to historical rookies and i'm playing 1915 era. Last couple of years, only one or two real players have shown up, forcing me to generate fictional ones to fill my 7 rounds. When i had feeder leagues the game said it would generate X number of players, but i deleted the feeders, as they created far too many marginal players. maybe it's an off-season or pres-season setting? Dunno. Just recall seeing in the past (way past possibly). Or am i missing a setting somewhere (yes, IT is possible!!  )
