Hello, up until the last patch, whenever I would make an offer to a potential free agent, and after I submitted it he would reply with something like, "Yes, that offer is acceptable. I'll get back to you in a few days." If the player received a higher offer from another team the player would always email me and let me know and give me an opportunity to counter offer.

Now, after the latest patch I will often have an offer accepted by a free agent, told he'll get back to me in a few days, and then never hear from him again. Only to check in on the player a week later and found that he had signed with someone else, and I was never informed that my offer was no longer good enough. This has particularly been a problem with international amateur free agents, but happens during the off season with regular free agents, too. Has anyone else experienced this?
