Silvam - you are truly a scholar and a gentleman! Thank you so very much for looking at it!
You bring a VERY good point - the big right field scoreboard may have been a later upgrade from what was there in 1952 (I really should do a little research to see) - but I believe it was in place throughout the decade of the 60s - and for certain it was still there when the Tigers and Yankees closed out the old ballpark in October of '73. Am thinking it was in place at least as early as 1956 (again, I need to do some research to see - but I am pretty sure I've seen field-level pictures of Don Larsen throwing early in his epic WS game in '56 and I THINK that big scoreboard was in the background... though now I'm not sure...)
Nonetheless - am wondering if it would be worthwhile if you do made the additions to perhaps post it as a separate ballpark file something to the tune of Yankee Stadium_1960s... since indeed this iteration of the old ballpark may well be different from the the way it was set up in '52 (and it is iconic in its own right as this is the way the park looked before it was demolished.... I mean.. "renovated" ... after the '73 season)
Either way - you are awesome - and thank you, good sir!
