Bill Bordley 1980
The uniform number is wrong (he wore 34 in his brief major league tenure) but the face is unmistakable - a USC star and the subject of a brief bidding war after he was improperly selected by Cincinnati in the 1979 winter draft. Looks like the Atlanta images date to an unsuccessful bid to make the 1983 Braves.
I do not believe Topps photographed him during his later stint as a White House Secret Service agent during Bill Clinton's presidency.
