What needs to happen is, if it is determined he committed a crime, that he be arrested and charged for said crime(s). After which the legal system will take over.
I know it is in vogue these days to demand people be fired from their livelihood for actions that were in no way connected to said livelihood, but that attitude leads down a dark path.
