That being said, we will certainly share ideas and bounce stuff off of each other. So if we wanted to do some international stuff, we'd ask the FHM guys what they did, what they learned, and how it was set up. And if they want to do something that we've done, they'll similarly ask us. Certain helper files could likely be shared easily between the teams (ie. if they want to add threading support, they can probably just steal a handful of helper files that we use), but pretty much nothing that would touch the databases of either would be possible.

Thanks, Matt, for the in-depth answer. It's probably just as well in the long run that the code isn't interchangeable. You could only imagine some of the weird bugs in both games that would surface if it were, like having pitchers sent to the penalty box to warm up, or a Defenseman with four balls trying to skate.
