First off, holy crap that's a lot of work (and fun!) manually setting up lines and tactics, but I'm really digging the granularity of the system.
Couple things I found... When you choose your situation, 5v5 stays highlighted no matter what else you hover over or click on.
Hovering...
Clicked on Penalty Kill
And when I go to 4v4/3v3, The links to choose a tactic don't work as they do with all the other situations
