Alright, I simmed up to July 1st, and counted a total of 77 players on the list of players to pick, and a total of 70 picks in draft. While there are actually enough players now, a total of 77 players exposed from 30 teams seems way too low (looking at some mock expansion drafts, the total number unprotected players should be closer to 675?). The filter is configured to show everyone.
