It appears your computer isn't actually set to 1920 x 1080, even if that's the monitor resolution you're using.
Rather it appears to be in 960x 540, which is well below the limit and would fully account for your crash.
Can you try to go into your Windows settings and adjust the display to set it to 1920 x 1080 and see if that helps?
