For the heck of it, I went through the minor league Armstrongs. Other than Dick and Kevin, the only other Dodger Armstrong I could find who fit the likely time span was Ivey Armstrong. I think Ivey's face is too fat (comparatively), but maybe someone else feels differently. An image of Ivey Armstrong attached.
