Randy Trapp
Randy Trapp was a 5 year professional in the New York Mets organization. He was drafted in the 24th round out of Eastern Illinois in 1973 and climbed the organizational ladder fairly quickly as he found himself with the AAA club at Tidewater during the 1975 season. He spent all of 1976 at AAA batting .234 with 11 HR in 385 at bats playing 3B and RF. He returned to AAA in 1977 batting .236 in 296 AB with 6 HR and was finished in pro baseball after the season.
