Hi:
Is it the one specific save you're having issues with or is it with any new game you start on that computer as well?
If it's the one save that give you trouble it's possible it's gotten corrupted somehow and you'll want to try restoring from the auto-save feature or a backup.
If any game you start crashes, it's probably more of a computer issue. There are a few things to check out in that case.
