Main thing I can think of is you've used that "adjust financial settings" button on the main page, which sets a financial multiplier of 10, and when you import a financial setting, it looks like we don't adjust based on that number. Your numbers seem to be showing up about 10 times more than expected, so I'd double check that value.
If you want, you can adjust that back to 1, and then your values should look closer to normal, although that will affect the displayed salaries for players (not sure if they're also showing weird values or not)
