OOTP Developments Forums - View Single Post - Screen is off center and display settings aren't working

It is 1920 x 1080. The screen doesn't go totally full screen and everything on the screen is off, almost like it thinks my screen is much bigger than it is. So like the center of the display is actually towards the bottom right of my screen
