We had a couple of newspaper pics of Needham with the Beaneaters, but the only Cubs pics I've seen are the ballpark shots from 1913. This portraiture is most likely from 1910 (due to the hat). Indeed, it quite resembles Needham's 1911 T205 Gold Border card…perhaps from the same session?
I found it in one of the "kfunaki" Lexibell zips, misfiled among a large group of Cincinnati pics, presumably because whoever did the sorting wasn't used to seeing such a thin "C" on a Cubs cap.
Now if we could only find a shot of Needham as a Giant…
